Shipping and Returns
All orders are processed within two business days. As our jewellery is made to order, please allow 3-4 weeks production time.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
All orders require a signature upon delivery.
All orders dispatched by Jewellery Dreaming are sent via Australia Post Express Post Service and include a tracking number.
Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days.
Jewellery Dreaming ships internationally to the United States of America, Canada, the United Kingdom and New Zealand.
All international orders dispatched by Jewellery Dreaming will be couriered via DHL Express (express shipping) or Australia Post Express Post Service (standard shipping).
Please allow 3-4 business days for delivery.
Please note that the customer is responsible for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country they are shipping to.
Australia Post and DHL are trusted services, and as such Jewellery Dreaming will not refund or replace orders that have been scanned as delivered
Return or Exchange on Faulty Goods
All jewellery is quality checked, however, from time to time, there may be a rare fault. If you have received a faulty product, we will gladly offer a replacement if the product was purchased within 3 months. To notify us of the fault, please contact us and include the below information:
- Your order # or proof of purchase details
- Your full name
- Photographic evidence of the fault along with a brief description of the issue
Please note that wear and tear during the course of normal use is not considered a fault.
On a case by case basis, some repairs may incur a fee. Jewellery Dreaming does not offer free returns; for repairs, a postage fee will be charged.
Please note the following for all returns:
- Valid proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- We DO NOT ACCEPT returns on personalised jewellery
- Items must be returned in their original condition, undamaged and unworn.
If your return does not adhere to any of the above, will not accept the return.
All Jewellery Dreaming items come with a six-month warranty which covers all manufacturing faults. A repair fee will incur inside the warranty period, only if the damage is due to wear and tear.
Jewellery Dreaming does not cover lost jewellery or accidental damage. Any repairs, sizing or alternations not done by Jewellery Dreaming voids all warranty.
All other sizing is available on the website for each product item.
All Gold jewellery should be stored in a dry, cool place preferably in a jewellery box or pouch. We recommend the use of a jewellery polishing cloth to clean any of our jewellery. As gold is low maintenance, it doesn’t require very much maintenance however care should be taken when wearing any fine jewellery as scratches and damage can easily occur.
