The “Queen of Locks” Marla Aaron can do no wrong when it comes to edgy, purposeful and stylish jewellery. With over 500 pieces in her collection, choosing a favourite piece is difficult, but the Starlock is at the top for me. I have been a huge fan of Marla’s designs for a few years now and when this lock was released, I literally saw stars!
As you may know, I love a good padlock and this contemporary star design is just so, well… COOL! Wearable on a necklace or bracelet (I love it on a necklace), it is a stunning, show-stopping piece that has me lusting after one for my own collection. It is available in platinum and all the golds (I’m loving the yellow gold) and looks equally fabulous styled with either a fine gold Rolo-chain or a thick silver biker-chain.
One of the main reasons I love this lock so much is because it is a definite statement piece. It stands out every time I see it posted on Instagram and it would add a touch of ‘edge’ to my collection. Basically, the Star Lock is an exceptional piece of stylish, modern jewellery and I’m totally obsessed!
